Last Saturday, June 21, 2025, the "Dinner for Our Children" event took place. Chef Michael Falto welcomed a group of friends and collaborators of the Hogar para Niños Albergue Jesús de Nazaret in the Elegante Room of Casa Mía Restaurant in Mayagüez to celebrate 30 years of uninterrupted service to our children. The event was dedicated to Dr. Francisco E. Cordero Rodríguez (RIP), a former member of our Board of Directors. For this important occasion, artist Wichie Torres Wale painted an artwork inspired by the children of the Hogar entitled "Dreams of Tomorrow". The painting was auctioned among attendees. Its new owner kindly donated it to the Hogar saying, "I want you to have it at the Hogar where it belongs..." MLF. This was an unforgettable evening filled with camaraderie, all united by our commitment to the mission of the Hogar para Niños Albergue Jesús de Nazaret. Our deepest gratitude to all who joined us.
